In this part-time, fully remote role, you will help learners strengthen their project management knowledge, understand key concepts, and build confidence for the examination while connecting established methodologies with workplace applications.The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with a structured teaching approach and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver online training sessions covering PMP exam domains, project management principles, and relevant methodologies.Guide learners through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.Explain predictive, agile, and hybrid project management approaches using practical examples.Develop or adapt learning materials, practice exercises, mock questions, and revision resources.Help learners identify knowledge gaps and create focused study plans.Provide constructive feedback, answer questions, and track learning progress.Keep training content aligned with applicable PMP examination requirements and current project management practices.Encourage active participation, critical thinking, and the practical application of project management tools.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, training, coaching, or a related field is preferred.PMP certification is highly desirable; substantial project management expertise and relevant teaching experience are also valued.Strong understanding of project management frameworks, agile practices, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.Experience preparing candidates for professional examinations or delivering corporate training is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and organizational skills.Ability to deliver engaging virtual sessions and work independently in a remote environment.A reliable internet connection and a commitment to learner success.What We OfferFlexible, part-time remote work.The opportunity to support professionals pursuing career advancement and certification.A collaborative, learning-focused environment.Opportunities to contribute practical expertise and improve training resources.A role that values professional knowledge, effective teaching, and continuous development.
