This role involves designing and delivering PMP-focused training sessions, including classroom lectures, workshops, and exam preparation classes aligned with PMI guidelines. The trainer will develop course materials, practice questions, and case studies, and regularly update content to reflect current PMBOK standards and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, clarifying complex project management concepts, tracking participant progress, and providing feedback to improve their exam readiness. The PMP Trainer will also collaborate with the academy’s team to refine training methodologies, support marketing efforts with subject matter input, and contribute to continuous improvement of the learning experience.Qualifications Strong knowledge of PMI frameworks, PMBOK Guide, and formal project management methodologies, with proven ability to teach core PMP concepts clearly.Hands-on experience managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Demonstrated training, coaching, or classroom facilitation experience, with skills in simplifying complex topics and engaging adult learners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present, explain, and answer questions in a structured and accessible manner.PMP certification from PMI (mandatory); additional relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) are an advantage.Comfort with basic digital tools for creating training content (slides, handouts, quizzes) and using learning platforms or online resources.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple batches or schedules, and adapt teaching style to diverse learner backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Business, or IT) or equivalent practical experience in project management and training.
