Brasserie Almaza is hiring a POD Specialist!!We are looking for a People & Organization Development Specialist to support the development and consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, tools, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

🍻Support Organizational Development & Change initiatives🍻Drive Employee Engagement and Climate Survey action plans🍻Manage Recruitment & Selection activities🍻Support Learning & Development and training effectiveness🍻Coordinate the Performance Management cycle🍻Maintain HR policies, Job Descriptions & Organization Charts🍻Support ESG, CSR & employee engagement initiatives🍻Prepare HR reports, dashboards & analytics.

Requirements

🍻BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field🍻3–4 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in Recruitment & Development🍻Strong MS Office/Excel & Visio skills🍻Fluent in Arabic & English; French is a plusApply via our career portal --> https://lnkd.in/dStxbTek
