This environment offers podcasters the opportunity to engage with experts, athletes, and practitioners in a mission-driven, growth-focused setting.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Podcaster role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Podcaster will plan, research, and produce episodes that explore topics in sport psychology, athlete well-being, performance enhancement, and organizational culture. Daily responsibilities include developing episode concepts, writing scripts or outlines, conducting background research, and interviewing guests such as athletes, coaches, psychologists, and industry experts. The Podcaster will collaborate with the academy’s team to ensure content accuracy, align episodes with educational and promotional goals, and maintain a consistent publication schedule. The role also involves recording and hosting the podcast, coordinating with audio production staff, and promoting episodes through social media and other communication channels.Qualifications and SkillsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Interviewing skills to host engaging conversations and present complex concepts clearly.Candidates should possess solid Writing and Research skills to develop structured episodes, scripts, and evidence-based content.Candidates should possess Social Media skills to help promote episodes, engage audiences, and grow the podcast’s reach.Experience or strong interest in sport psychology.Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred, with the ability to communicate in a clear, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner.Comfort with on-site recording environments, basic familiarity with audio equipment or podcast production workflows, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sport science, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
