Policy Admin Executive (Medical/Health Insurance)

Mandatory – Must have experience in Medical/Health Insurance Policies, Experience in Policy Onboarding/EndorsementsKey ResponsibilitiesManage policy onboarding, endorsements, Pre-Inception and member data activities.Review and validate policy documents and member data.Perform data reconciliation, quality checks and regulatory uploads.Support Arabic ↔ English translation of contracts and business documents.Coordinate with internal teams, clients and intermediaries.Ensure accuracy, compliance and adherence to SLAs.Identify process gaps and support operational improvements.Requirements3–5 years’ experience in healthcare/medical insurance or policy administration.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Strong MS Excel and data-handling skills.Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication.Arabic and English proficiency with strong translation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
