Policy Research & Strategic AnalysisLead comprehensive reviews of existing and proposed public policies, laws, and regulatory frameworks.Analyze macro-level political, economic, and social trends affecting the organization’s sector.Conduct comparative policy analysis at local, national, and international levels.Identify policy gaps, risks, and reform opportunities.2. Advisory & Decision SupportProvide evidence-based recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.Develop strategic policy options and scenario analyses.Contribute to long-term policy planning and institutional strategy development.Support executive decision-making through policy briefings and strategic memos.3. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
