Policy Analyst

Korn Ferry is conducting a search for a Senior Policy Analyst to support a global organization at the intersection of technology, national security, trade, and public policy.This role offers an opportunity to help shape strategy on some of the most consequential issues facing the semiconductor sector, including industrial policy, export controls, investment screening, trade policy, and emerging regulatory developments. The individual will provide strategic analysis, monitor policy trends, and support engagement efforts with policymakers, industry stakeholders, trade associations, and think tanks.Key Areas of Focus:Analyze U.S. semiconductor policy, legislative developments, and regulatory trendsTrack trade policy actions, tariffs, export controls, and investment screening mattersDevelop actionable policy insights and strategic recommendations for business leadersSupport stakeholder engagement across industry associations, policy organizations, and government entitiesPrepare policy reports, briefings, and market intelligence on emerging developmentsMonitor issues at the intersection of technology, national security, and economic competitivenessIdeal Background:Experience in government relations, public policy, public affairs, congressional offices, trade associations, consulting, or related fieldsStrong understanding of U.S. policy and regulatory frameworksExceptional analytical, research, and communication skillsAbility to synthesize complex policy issues into clear business implicationsInterest or experience in semiconductors, advanced technologies, trade, or national security policy preferredSE: 510800875
