The company focuses on improving how people interact with research, making knowledge more accessible, transparent, and actionable.Role Description The Policy Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves conducting policy research on topics relevant to research workflows, data governance, and knowledge management, and transforming findings into clear, actionable recommendations. The Policy Analyst will analyze existing and emerging policies, assess their impact on the organization and its users, and contribute to the development of internal guidelines and frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing academic and regulatory literature, preparing policy briefs and reports, supporting stakeholder consultations, and collaborating with product and leadership teams to align policy insights with business objectives. The role also includes monitoring global trends in policy and regulation that affect research technology and contributing to strategic planning.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Policy Development and Policy Research skills to design, evaluate, and refine organizational policies.Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret complex data, literature, and regulatory information.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.Candidates should ideally have experience with public policy, regulatory analysis, or related fields in technology, research, or knowledge management.Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, or a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Singapore, collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment, and managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
