Policy and Economic Analyst - Public SectorPermanent full-time role| Hybrid in Dublin 1 | €64,000 plus benefitsWe're recruiting an Analyst in Policy, Economics and Analytics to join a highly regarded regulatory organisation in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining regulatory policy, economic/financial analysis and data to help shape decisions with real market and consumer impact.You'll work across regulatory policy and analysis, including:Conducting market research and analysing financial, pricing and market dataSupporting the development and review of regulatory policyDrafting consultations and assessing stakeholder responsesReviewing regulatory requirements, financial information and cost allocationsUsing data and BI tools to identify trends and provide evidence-based insightsWorking with stakeholders across Ireland and at European levelNon-negotiable requirements:Third-level degree in Accounting, Economics or RegulationDemonstrable project management experienceStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsExcellent written and stakeholder communication skillsParticularly desirable: Experience within a regulator, regulated industry, government or regulatory consultancy, alongside exposure to regulatory frameworks, public consultations, financial/cost analysis or Power BI.Postal, logistics or e-commerce experience would be an advantage but is not essential.Deadline for this role is Wednesday the 9th of September.
