Graduates from Oxford, Harvard, Cambridge, Stanford and other Ivy League schools with backgrounds in social sciences and international relations will be preferredThe role is for full-time Research Scholars with 2 - 3 years of experience Deep research, writing articles, providing in-depth analysis and having the ability to connect the dots while assessing global and national events in an evidence-based, nonpartisan manner.Organising thought leadership roundtables on specific subjects that will help key decision-makers in government and industry.Topics will include international affairs, security and strategic technologiesCandidate Profile: Candidates must have deep interest and experience in matters related to geo politics, geo economics and geo security.Graduates/Post Graduates with proven backgrounds in English Literature, Economics, Journalism, Public Policy, Political Science and other humanities need applyCandidates must have the highest integrity, a deep desire to learn, be able to commit to the organisation ( for full-time applicants), and work diligently.Candidates from ICSE, and/or similar backgrounds with excellent scholastic and extracurricular backgrounds from reputed educational institutions will be preferredCandidates preparing for Civil Service Exams or desiring to pursue a master's from top institutions in the world.Skills:The ability to synthesise information available in the public domain and connect the dots.Research and analytics, and the ability to produce suitable infographicsExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to develop own podcast and explanatory videos.Interdisciplinary, lateral and spatial thinkingThe ability to deep-dive into issues and build analytical models
