Job Overview Qualification Polish: C2 | English: B2 | Commercial mindset Hours / schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 winter / 11:00–19:00 summer (weekends off) Start Project: As a Polish Social Media Ads Specialist, you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s largest social media and technology companies. You will advise existing Polish-market SME clients, review campaign performance and identify smart opportunities to grow their advertising investment. This is a consultative commercial role focused on existing customers, not cold calling. Advise existing Polish-market advertisers on social media campaigns and budgets Analyze campaign performance and recommend clear improvements Handle inbound calls and emails with SME business customers Identify upselling opportunities and help clients grow their advertising investment Build, manage and report on your sales pipeline Create tailored advertising strategies based on each customer’s business goals Share product updates, upgrades and transition paths Build strong relationships with customers, partners and colleagues Competitive salary and remuneration system: Base salary: 1,200 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth 2,400 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer Fixed project bonus: 150 gross/month Performance bonus: up to 250 gross/month Welcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total , paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately 83 gross/month during your first year .
