Team members collaborate across disciplines to craft powerful narratives that drive measurable impact.Role Description The Political Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role involves monitoring political developments, elections, policy debates, and public sentiment across local, regional, and national contexts. The Political Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize data, and produce clear, actionable insights for campaign strategy, voter targeting, advocacy initiatives, and reputation management. Daily responsibilities include preparing briefs and reports, contributing to messaging frameworks, supporting intelligence and analytics activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in communications, marketing, and social media. The role also requires presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients, and helping anticipate political risks and opportunities that inform narrative strategies.Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex political data, trends, and public sentiment.Solid foundation in Political Science, Political Analysis, and practical understanding of Politics and governance.Excellent Communication skills, including clear writing, structured reporting, and confident presentation abilities.Experience or interest in political campaigns, advocacy, public policy, or strategic communications.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.Proficiency in research methods, data collection, and use of analytical tools or platforms for political and media monitoring.Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of regional and national political landscapes; multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
