Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, IndiaWorkplace Type: On-site (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-timeJoining: Immediate / As soon as possibleCompensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experienceAbout the RoleOathmen Advisory is seeking motivated, politically aware and analytically strong professionals to join its Bhopal team as Political Research & Strategy Associates.The selected candidates will work across political consulting, electoral research, public policy, governance, media intelligence and strategic advisory, supporting research-driven decision-making and political strategy assignments.This role is suited to individuals with a strong understanding of Indian politics, an interest in governance and public affairs, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on political developments, electoral trends, public policy and governance.Undertake constituency-level analysis, electoral data assessment and political landscape research.Track and analyse political news, media narratives, emerging public issues and state-level developments.Prepare political intelligence reports, strategic briefs, policy notes, presentations and research documents.Analyse government policies, legislative developments, administrative decisions and their political implications.Collect, verify and synthesise information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.Support political communication, stakeholder analysis, issue-based research and strategic advisory projects.Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, analytical reports and decision-support documents.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate, high-quality research within tight deadlines.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, Development Studies or related disciplines.Strong understanding of Indian politics, electoral dynamics, governance and current affairs, particularly in Madhya Pradesh.Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Ability to analyse political and electoral data and prepare professional presentations and research reports.Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research, data analysis, information synthesis and productivity.Strong attention to detail, source verification and factual accuracy.Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in political consulting, political research, election campaigns, legislative research, public policy, journalism, media monitoring or strategic communications will be an advantage.Fresh graduates with exceptional research and analytical capabilities are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsMaximum Age: 35 yearsJob Location: Bhopal, Madhya PradeshAvailability: Immediate joiners preferredWork Mode: Full-time, on-siteHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV to:office@oathmenadvisory.comEmail Subject: Application for Political Research & Strategy Associate – Bhopal
