Pools Engineer

Hennessey is looking for an experienced Pools Engineer Manager to lead and grow our swimming pool operations across the UAE.This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing swimming pool construction, refurbishment and maintenance, managing operational performance, developing client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the division.We're looking for someone with:10+ years' UAE swimming pool industry experience.Proven leadership of pool construction and maintenance teams.Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool systems, plant rooms, filtration, pumps, water treatment and associated MEP works.Experience delivering high-end residential and commercial swimming pool projects.Strong commercial and operational management skills.Experience managing budgets, programmes, resources, subcontractors and client relationships.A strong understanding of pool maintenance standards, water quality and preventative maintenance.A passion for delivering high-quality projects and exceptional customer service.At Hennessey, we've been delivering construction and specialist projects across the UAE for nearly 30 years.
