WE ARE HIRING | Experienced Shipping Agency OperatorΗ KOURIDAKIS MARITIME AGENCY αναζητά έμπειρο Shipping Agency Operator / Port Agent για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας της.Αναζητούμε επαγγελματία με αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία σε ναυτικό πρακτορείο, ο οποίος γνωρίζει στην πράξη τις απαιτήσεις της εξυπηρέτησης πλοίων και μπορεί να αναλάβει με υπευθυνότητα ένα vessel call από την προετοιμασία της άφιξης έως και την αναχώρηση.LocationΗ κύρια βάση της θέσης είναι στην Ελευσίνα. Ωστόσο, λόγω των επιχειρησιακών αναγκών της εταιρείας, θα απαιτούνται μετακινήσεις και παρουσία στο Λιμάνι του Πειραιά, καθώς και, εφόσον χρειαστεί, σε άλλους λιμένες όπου δραστηριοποιείται η εταιρεία.Main Responsibilities• Handling vessel arrivals, port stays and departures• Coordination with Masters, Owners, Charterers and local authorities• Port, customs and immigration formalities• Crew changes and husbandry matters• Coordination of suppliers, launches, transportation and other services• Monitoring vessel schedules and providing operational updates• Handling documentation and correspondence related to vessel calls• Attendance on board and at port whenever operationally requiredCandidate Profile• Previous experience in a shipping/port agency is essential• Very good command of English, both written and spoken• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to handle multiple operations and work effectively under pressure• Good computer skills• Valid driving licence• Professionalism, reliability and strong sense of responsibilityAvailability & Working EnvironmentShipping operates 24/7/365 and vessels do not always follow office hours.The successful candidate must therefore understand and accept the operational nature of the position, including the possibility of work outside normal office hours, during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, whenever vessel operations require attendance or immediate action.We are looking for someone who already understands the reality of ship agency operations and is comfortable taking responsibility when operational circumstances demand it.What We Offer• Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications• Stable, long-term employment• Professional environment with direct involvement in vessel operations• Exposure to a wide range of vessels and maritime operations• Opportunity for professional development and increased responsibilityCandidates with substantial previous experience in port agency / vessel operations will be given priority.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV with the subject"Experienced Shipping Agency Operator"All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Email: agency@kouridakisagency.com KOURIDAKIS MARITIME AGENCYServing Shipping Since 1962
