Portal specialist - Real estate

Amlak One Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Portal Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and publish property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, DARI and other real estate portals• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, attractive and compliant with portal guidelines• Optimize listings to improve visibility, ranking and lead generation• Monitor portal performance, leads and listing analytics• Manage portal credits, packages and property exposure• Monitor expired, rejected, inactive and underperforming listings and take corrective action• Coordinate with agents and the listings team to collect and update property information• Maintain high-quality listing standards across all portals• Track portal trends and recommend improvements to increase lead quality and listing performance🔹 Requirements:• Previous experience in real estate portals/listing management is preferred• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut and DARI• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills• Good communication and coordination skills• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace• Real estate experience in the UAE is an advantage
