It traditionally partners with institutional investors, asset managers, and wealth management firms to Bring Investment Ideas to Life.What You’ll Do:The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting tax-managed solutions. This role supports all investment-related aspects of SMA products, including product research, implementation, portfolio construction, trade review, risk management, and performance monitoring.The successful candidate will be well-versed in factor risk models and quantitative portfolio management. This position demands strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to understand and clarify client goals. The role requires close collaboration and teamwork within a small team setting and across the organization.Responsibilities:Support the management of client portfolios, including account setup, daily reconciliation, model creation and maintenance, portfolio optimization, tax loss harvesting, and tradingEnhance and support product trade workflows and portfolio monitoring functionsMonitor index changes and curate buy lists for corporate actionsSupport client requests, including proposal generation and client reportingPerform regular internal and client-facing reportingHandle quarterly billing and AUM reportingCommunicate proactively with clients regarding bond maturities, cash flows, quarterly performance reports for equity portfolios, and other reporting needsCoordinate with custodians to address client inquiries and support internal reportingAssist sales and marketing teams by developing client/advisor materials and new collateralParticipate in presentations, conference calls, and industry eventsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWho You Are:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field2+ years of experience in the investment management industryCFA Charterholder or actively pursuing CFA / Series 65 preferredHard-working, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environmentMotivated by new technology and financial techniquesCommitted to intellectual integrity, transparency, and opennessAble to prioritize and manage workload amid changing demandsStrong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skillsExpert-level Excel user with strong Microsoft Office proficiencyExperience with Bloomberg PORT and/or Orion preferredIndependent thinker with the ability to clearly communicate complex data analyse.Solid understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction, tax optimization, and portfolio risk analytics.Experience with portfolio optimizers and factor risk models.Team player with strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Aligned with our core values: Inspired Collaboration, Honor & Authenticity, Inclusion & Humility, Exceptional Performance, and Intellectual CuriosityWhat our client offers:PTO plus 10 paid holidaysFlexible Working BenefitsDaily Paid Lunch for Onsite EmployeesOnsite Gym DiscountMedical, Dental, VisionEAP and Telehealth with Mental Health SupportShort- and Long-Term DisabilitySIMPLE IRA with up to 3% Match
