An Investment Management Firm based in New York is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Reporting Associate to join their team.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze investment and portfolio results to support internal and external reporting needsPrepare recurring and customized reports for clients, investors, and senior stakeholdersGather, review, and organize financial and investment data from multiple internal sourcesWork across accounting, operations, client service, and investment teams to address reporting requests and ensure timely deliveryMaintain internal databases and reporting tools, ensuring information remains complete, consistent, and accurateEvaluate portfolio characteristics, trends, and risk factors across investment strategiesAssist with information requests related to prospective and existing business relationshipsSupport the implementation of new reporting requirements, products, and firmwide initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and internal processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field4–7 years of experience in investment reporting, financial analysis, portfolio analytics, or a related functionExperience within investment management, financial services, or another data-intensive financial environmentStrong understanding of financial statements, investment concepts, and capital marketsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsPython, SQL, or other data-analysis experience is a plusExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
