Portfolio Management Analyst

Portfolio Management Analyst Sosteneo is looking for a Portfolio Management Analyst to join our Milan team from January 2027. You will support the oversight and performance management of our portfolio of energy transition infrastructure investments, working across Asset Management, Investments, Finance, Risk, Legal and external partners.What you’ll doMonitor financial, operational and ESG performance against budgets, business plans and investment assumptions.Analyse portfolio returns, cash flows, liquidity, funding needs and value-creation initiatives.Maintain financial models, dashboards and management reporting tools.Support portfolio valuations, investor and Board reporting, risk analysis and strategic initiatives.Develop sustainability metrics and contribute to SFDR, EU Taxonomy and wider ESG reporting.Work closely with internal teams, portfolio companies, investors and other external stakeholders.What we’re looking for2–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio or asset management, institutional investing, private assets, project or corporate finance, or consulting.A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline.Strong analytical, financial modelling and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Exposure to infrastructure, renewable energy, real assets or sustainable investment frameworks is highly valued.A collaborative, hands-on and stakeholder-focused approach.The role is offered within Impiegati area, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito). The starting gross annual salary is € 38.000.
