Portfolio Management Analyst

A high-growth real estate investment platform is seeking an Analyst to join its growing Portfolio Management team. This is an opportunity for an early-career real estate or finance professional to gain broad exposure across portfolio strategy, investment analysis, asset management, and transaction execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain portfolio and fund-level financial modelsPrepare portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and presentation materialsAnalyze portfolio performance, including actual vs. budget, forecasts, and key operating trendsEvaluate portfolio composition, financing and capital structure, and potential exit opportunitiesPartner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and FP&A to support investment decision-makingAssist with portfolio reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingSupport acquisition, financing, and other transaction executionIdentify asset and portfolio-level opportunities to improve financial performanceHelp develop scalable reporting and analytical processes using technology and business intelligence toolsQualifications1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong quantitative and analytical abilitiesAbility to read and interpret financial statementsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentReal estate experience preferred but not requiredSQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus
