Portfolio Management - Investment Associate

This role provides meaningful exposure to complex client portfolios, investment decision-making processes, and high-touch advisory relationships. Through hands-on involvement across asset allocation, performance evaluation, liquidity planning, and client meeting preparation, the Associate will deepen technical fluency and investment judgment while developing the ability to synthesize complex financial and qualitative information into clear, decision-ready insights. Maintain a strong working knowledge of asset allocation, performance, and liquidity, and oversee the accuracy, integrity, and documentation of information used in client decision-making Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information across complex client portfolios, including multiple trusts, entities, and ownership structures, to identify key trends, considerations, and decision points Develop customized presentation materials for client meetings, including crafting clear narratives and messaging around portfolio performance, asset allocation, liquidity, and other strategic considerations Coordinate client workflows, deliverables, and bespoke or time-sensitive requests, partnering with internal teams across reporting, investments, and operations to ensure strong communication, follow through, and timely, accurate execution Contribute to client discussions and meeting preparation, with opportunities to present analysis and perspectives as experience develops Support the implementation of wealth transfer, philanthropic, and tax strategies by preparing information, gathering documentation, and coordinating with clients’ external advisorsCandidate Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment management, investment banking, consulting, or another analytically rigorous financial role CFA designation or meaningful progress toward the CFA strongly preferred
