This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer banking and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve business performance.What You'll DoConduct market and industry researchReview client and business performance data to identify growth opportunitiesTrack portfolio performance and recommend improvementsHelp prepare client presentations and project updatesPartner with banking stakeholders and support key discussionsAssist in execution plans, risk mitigation, and project coordinationDrive progress across workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed on timeWhat We're Looking For✔ 5+ years of experience in Consumer Banking✔ Experience managing or supporting credit card products and portfolios✔ Strong knowledge of:Credit card activation and usage growthCustomer engagement strategiesSpend and revenue optimizationCustomer retention initiativesCampaign and marketing execution✔ Experience working with banks or financial services organizations in Indonesia✔ Ability to manage stakeholders independently✔ Exposure to project delivery or project management activitiesIf you have a strong banking background, enjoy solving business challenges, and can work closely with clients to drive results, we'd love to hear from you.
