Portfolio Oversight AssociateWe are working with a well-established Alternative Investment Fund Manager in Luxembourg that is looking to strengthen its investment oversight team.This position offers broad exposure across portfolio oversight, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and investment operations. Working alongside experienced senior professionals, you will play an important role in supporting the management of alternative investment structures throughout their lifecycle.Your responsibilities:Monitor investment portfolios and assist with ongoing performance analysis.Prepare portfolio reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and boards.Support investment transactions from initial structuring through to exit.Work closely with investment, finance, and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely portfolio information.Coordinate communication between boards, service providers, and investment teams.Assist with board meetings, governance activities, and audit processes.Review legal and transaction documentation relating to fund structures.Support the preparation of financial information and management reporting.Assist in maintaining compliance with Luxembourg AIFM regulations.Prepare regulatory submissions and support ongoing reporting obligations.Liaise with external advisers on governance and regulatory matters.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and operational processes.Your profile2 to 6 years of experience within an AIFM, Management Company, fund administration, portfolio oversight, audit, or a related financial services environment.Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
