Post-Award Supply Chain Manager (Cables & Bulk Materials) PMC (Power Generation)Site Location: Khavda, GujaratPosition SummaryThe Post-Award Supply Chain Manager (Cables & Bulk Materials) is responsible for managing the execution, expediting, logistics, delivery, and contract administration ofcable and bulk material packages following contract award. The role ensures timely availability of materials to support construction priorities while maintaining compliance with contractual, quality, and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor manufacturing, expediting, and delivery of cable and bulk material packages in accordance with project schedules.Coordinate suppliers, EPC contractors, logistics providers, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.Track supplier performance against contractual milestones, delivery commitments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage contract administration activities, including scope changes, contractual amendments, and change control processes.Review and coordinate variation orders (VOs), change requests, and commercial evaluations with procurement, commercial, and technical teams.Monitor cable production schedules, bulk material deliveries, and inventory status to support construction priorities.Ensure alignment between material delivery schedules and construction work fronts.Identify supply chain risks, manufacturing delays, logistics constraints, and material shortages and implement mitigation measures.Monitor inspection, testing, quality verification, and release activities prior to shipment.Coordinate packaging, shipment, transportation, customs clearance, and site delivery activities.Support resolution of supplier, logistics, and delivery-related issues to minimize impacts on project schedule.Ensure accurate reporting of procurement status, material availability, forecasts, critical deliveries, and recovery plans.Coordinate logistics readiness and delivery sequencing with construction, warehouse, and site management teams.Maintain material tracking systems and ensure complete visibility of procurement- to-site delivery progress.Interface with engineering, construction, quality, procurement, and supplier organizations to ensure effective post-award execution.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Supply Chain Management.Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management are desirable.Experience20+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, expediting, or materials management.Experience in Power Generation, EPC, PMC, Energy, or Infrastructure projects.Proven experience managing cable packages, bulk materials, and large-scale project supply chains.Key SkillsSupply Chain Management, Cable & Bulk Material Management, Expediting & Logistics Coordination, Supplier Performance Management, Contract Administration, Change Management & Variation Orders, Material Planning & Delivery Tracking, Risk Management, Project Reporting & KPI Monitoring, Stakeholder Management
