Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing teaching materials, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues on academic and co-curricular initiatives. Additional tasks include organizing language-related projects, guiding students in competitions, and participating in staff meetings, parent interactions, and professional development programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Delhi World Public School in Haora.QualificationsStrong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience in handling senior classes for Hindi.Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Training activities that align with CBSE curriculum and school standards.Excellent Communication skills for engaging instruction, student guidance, and interaction with parents and colleagues.Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, with B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification preferred.Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, continuous assessment methods, and learner-centric pedagogies.Ability to integrate co-curricular and creative activities into language teaching to support holistic development.Strong classroom management skills, commitment to student well-being, and openness to ongoing professional learning.
