The school values inclusivity, respect, and integrity, creating a community where educators and students can thrive together.Role Description The Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Psychology will teach psychology to senior secondary students, ensuring syllabus coverage and alignment with board requirements in a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing teaching materials, and facilitating discussions that promote critical thinking and understanding of psychological concepts. The teacher will conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records. The role also involves guiding students in projects, organizing academic activities related to psychology, participating in staff meetings and school events, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student wellbeing and academic growth.Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Education, with the ability to connect theory to classroom practice.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, learner-centered sessions.Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, student interaction, and collaboration with parents and colleagues.Experience in Training or mentoring students, including exam preparation, projects, and academic guidance.Master’s degree in Psychology (preferably with B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification).Prior experience teaching Psychology at senior secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or similar curriculum.Ability to manage classrooms effectively, support diverse learners, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
