Our teams collaborate across production, creative, editorial, audio, visual effects, marketing, technology, and external production partners to deliver polished content across multiple platforms and markets.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Post-Production Manager to oversee end-to-end post-production operations, including editing, color grading, audio, motion graphics, visual effects, finishing, quality control, versioning, and final content delivery.The ideal candidate will combine strong post-production knowledge with project management, creative judgment, technical leadership, resource planning, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage post-production strategies, workflows, standards, and operating procedures.Manage post-production projects from media handover through final delivery and archive.Build detailed post-production schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.Coordinate editors, assistant editors, colorists, sound designers, mixers, motion designers, VFX artists, finishing teams, and external vendors.Review incoming production assets and confirm that media is complete, organized, and suitable for post-production.Establish efficient workflows for ingest, backup, editing, review, approval, finishing, mastering, and delivery.Coordinate offline and online editing workflows and ensure smooth project handovers.Manage editorial timelines, cuts, revisions, approvals, and final picture lock.Coordinate color correction and grading to achieve the required visual quality and creative direction.Manage audio editing, sound design, dialogue, music, mixing, mastering, and final audio delivery.Coordinate motion graphics, titles, animation, visual effects, compositing, and finishing requirements.Manage external post-production houses, freelancers, editors, colorists, VFX studios, and other specialist suppliers.Define vendor scopes, technical specifications, deadlines, quality standards, and service expectations.Monitor vendor performance, costs, quality, delivery accuracy, and contractual commitments.Coordinate creative reviews and feedback between directors, producers, clients, editors, and post-production specialists.Consolidate stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions are clearly documented and prioritized.Maintain accurate project trackers, edit notes, approval records, version histories, and delivery documentation.Establish file-naming, folder structure, metadata, version-control, backup, and archiving standards.Ensure project media, project files, masters, source materials, and deliverables are securely backed up.Manage multiple versions, aspect ratios, languages, platforms, territories, and technical specifications.Coordinate subtitles, captions, dubbing, localization, accessibility assets, and international versions where required.Ensure final content meets platform, broadcaster, distributor, client, and internal technical specifications.Conduct detailed quality-control reviews before final delivery.Identify and resolve editorial, technical, creative, audio, color, VFX, formatting, and delivery issues.Manage last-minute changes, urgent revisions, version updates, and accelerated delivery requirements.Monitor post-production budgets, purchase orders, invoices, freelancer costs, vendor expenses, and project profitability.Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce rework, and optimize post-production costs.Evaluate new editing, cloud collaboration, AI-assisted, media-management, automation, and remote post-production technologies.Support testing and implementation of new post-production platforms and workflows.Coordinate technical infrastructure and software requirements with IT and engineering teams.Ensure appropriate security controls are applied to confidential and unreleased content.Establish contingency and recovery plans for critical post-production projects.Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, contractual, security, accessibility, and content-delivery requirements.Provide regular management reports covering project status, risks, budgets, quality, resources, and delivery performance.Conduct post-project reviews and implement corrective and preventive improvements.Develop training and mentoring programs for gains.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate should have strong experience in film, television, broadcast, advertising, digital media, streaming, entertainment, branded content, or other professional post-production environments.The candidate should demonstrate:Proven experience managing complex post-production projects.Strong understanding of editorial, color, audio, VFX, motion graphics, finishing, mastering, and delivery workflows.Experience working with professional editing and post-production platforms.Familiarity with media asset management, cloud workflows, storage, backup, and archive systems.Strong understanding of codecs, formats, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, color workflows, audio specifications, and delivery standards.Experience managing editors, post-production specialists, freelancers, and external vendors.Strong project-management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource-planning skills.Excellent creative and technical communication skills.Strong attention to detail and quality-control discipline.Ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Experience with international content delivery and localized versions is highly desirable.Familiarity with emerging AI, automation, virtual production, cloud collaboration, and remote post-production technologies is advantageous.Strong understanding of content security and confidentiality.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work effectively with international and distributed teams.Flexibility to support urgent revisions, launch deadlines, and time-sensitive productions.
