Team members work in a fast-paced, international environment with opportunities to contribute to narrative-driven projects across diverse markets.Role Description The Post Production Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees the post-production lifecycle for live-action and animation projects, from initial planning and scheduling through final delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with editors, animators, sound designers, and colorists, and ensuring assets move smoothly through each stage of post-production. The Post Production Producer will liaise with internal creative teams and clients to clarify briefs, track feedback, and maintain high quality standards. The role also involves identifying workflow efficiencies, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring final outputs meet technical specifications and narrative goals.Qualifications Strong expertise in Post-Production and Video Post-Production, including workflows for editing, sound, color, and finishing.Experience in TV Production and Video Production, with a solid understanding of on-set processes and how they impact post timelines.Proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication.Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, producers, editors, animators, and clients in a fast-paced studio environment.Familiarity with common post-production tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or similar systems).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in a production or animation studio and a portfolio or project list demonstrating relevant work.
