Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe BriefWorking in Post Sale Services, you will be a core member of the Elmwood’s team, taking responsibility for a number of important aspects of the client experience with us.Your primary focus will be on the organisation and management of post-sale administration and logistics, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for clients - from invoicing and post-sale enquiries, to managing payment and ensuring delivery, as well as compliance and filing work.Experience within a previous customer facing environment, being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service, is essential. The role is perfect for someone with standout organisational skills, as well as an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo provide excellent customer service to Elmwood’s clients nationally and internationally across all channels of communicationOverseeing of post-sale stock management including, but not limited to, the sorting of goods after saleInputting results and creating and sending invoicesEnsuring timely collection of payment for all invoices from buyersPacking and shipping sold lots to buyer and being responsible for customs invoice creation and filing as appropriate, as well as assisting with in-person customer collections and filing of relevant documentsHandling all inbound post-sale enquiriesTaking payments from clients both in person and over the telephoneProviding regular updates on outstanding debtors and aged receivables on a sale-by-sale basisTaking appropriate collection action against unpaid invoicesAssisting with general office maintenance and organisationIdentifying with and promoting Elmwood’s core valuesOther duties as required by your manager and the DirectorsHoursMonday-Friday 9am-6pmOne Saturday per month 10am-4pmOccasional late evenings dependant on auction daysSalary: £30,000 - £40,000Work Location: In person
