Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.Key skills and experience:Experience in customer support, operations or purchasing, in a high-volume environmentComfortable on the phone with suppliers and internal teamsStrong organisational skills to follow dozens of orders in parallel, with daily disciplineOwnership: you follow an issue through to the endCuriosity about AI tools and willingness to use them every day (no prior experience needed, training is part of onboarding)Fluent Portuguese; Spanish and/or English are a plus, and both are a strong differentiatorNice to have: knowledge of the printing, decoration or promotional products industryMain responsibilities:Own post-sales cases, deciding what you solve directly and what you route to the right teamsFollow each order from production to delivery, spotting delays and risks before they affect the clientWork with Planning, Production, Transport and Design teams to unblock stalled ordersContact production and decoration suppliers for costs and lead times, follow production and negotiate earlier deliveries when the client’s deadline is at riskArrange pick-ups and shipments with the support of the internal distribution teamKeep our Key Account Managers (Portugal and Spain) informed of each order’s status, and discuss with them any case that requires client communicationIssue manual invoices and handle payment methodsRegister orders in the system and prepare the files needed for each requestUse our AI tools daily to check order status, prepare supplier requests, draft communications and prepare invoicing.
