Position: 1Postdoctoral Fellow – Structural Health Monitoring using Piezoelectric Sensors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy PZT-based sensing systems for damage detection and structural health monitoring.Conduct experimental investigations on structural components.Develop signal processing, data analysis and intelligent damage-detection techniques.Work on interdisciplinary research integrating sensors, electronics, materials and structural engineering.Publish research findings in high-quality journals/conferences and contribute to collaborative research proposals.Eligibility & Preferred Background:PhD in Sensors, Structural Health Monitoring, Smart Structures, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or closely related areas.Candidates with strong expertise in piezoelectric sensors, sensor networks, signal processing, EMI techniques, vibration-based monitoring or damage detection are preferred.Experience in experimental research and data analysis will be an advantage.Position: 2Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Research Area: Corrosion of Reinforcement in Concrete StructuresEligibility: Candidates with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
