This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys project-based work and wants the flexibility to work around another full-time role, freelance clients, or other commitments.This is true ad hoc support. Work volume will fluctuate based on project needs. Some weeks may require several hours of support, while there may be weeks with no work at all.ResponsibilitiesDesign professional, visually engaging posters using Adobe Creative SuiteTranslate complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical, or scientific information into clear and compelling visual materialsCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop posters that meet project objectives and brand standardsMake revisions and updates based on stakeholder feedbackManage multiple projects and deadlines as assignments ariseQualificationsProven experience designing posters in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or PhotoshopStrong graphic design and visual communication skillsExperience working with complex or technical contentHealthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or life sciences experience strongly preferredAbility to work independently and respond to projects on an as-needed basisMust have your own computer/equipment capable of supporting Adobe Creative SuiteMust be comfortable working evenings and/or weekends when neededCandidates currently working full-time are welcome to apply if they have availability outside of standard working hoursCompensation & ScheduleFlexible, project-based scheduleHours will vary based on business needsSome weeks may have several hours of work, while other weeks may have no assignmentsEvening and weekend availability may be needed depending on project deadlines
