Job Description

Deliver 24x7 support coverage for Postilion environments. Investigate transaction failures and switching issues. Perform root cause analysis and problem management. Support application configuration and deployment activities. Monitor switch performance and transaction health. Coordinate incident resolution with customer and teams. Escalate product issues where deep architecture expertise is required. Support operational reviews and service governance meetings. Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation. Build strong customer engagement through regular onsite presence.

Required Skills

Postilion production support experience. Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 and card payment systems. Experience supporting ATM, POS, and switching platforms. Linux/Unix and SQL troubleshooting skills. Incident, problem, and performance management expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
