Power BI AnalystOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Power BI Analyst to join our growing team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions, combined with the ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful dashboards and actionable insights.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable reporting solutions that drive operational and strategic outcomes. Experience in business analysis is considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting and visualization solutions.Develop and optimize data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs.Create meaningful visualizations and KPIs that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.Optimize Power BI performance through advanced DAX calculations, efficient data modeling, and query tuning.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports, datasets, and analytical outputs.Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources, including Databricks and SQL databases.Support data transformation, cleansing, and integration activities.Document reporting logic, data sources, business rules, and development standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in analytics and reporting.Required Skills & Experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization.Strong expertise in:Power BIDAXPower QueryData ModelingExperience working with:DatabricksSQL databasesProficiency with:DAX StudioALM ToolkitGitStrong understanding of reporting best practices, data structures, and business intelligence concepts.Experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into technical and analytical solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience working in Agile environments and participating in project delivery activities.
