Power BI Analyst

The Power BI Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business operations and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Excel skills and be comfortable working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver actionable insights.Candidates must be local to Baltimore, MD to be considered. Must-Have Skills-Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.Proven ability to create executive-level reporting and data visualizations for leadership teams.Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications-Experience within the utilities industry.Familiarity with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).Power BI Certification preferred.Experience supporting operational, customer, or financial analytics initiatives.Education-Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.Technical Skills-Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Data Modeling, Report Development)SQL (Data Extraction, Validation, Data Analysis)Excel (Reporting, Reconciliation, Data Analysis)EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
