Power BI/Business Intelligence Analyst

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and large datasets, along with the ability to work closely with business and finance stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into clear, actionable insights.Required Qualifications:7+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related areas.Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices.Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.Experience with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings.Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements and priorities.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources.Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to highlight business performance and trends.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting processes.Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to help stakeholders understand key business drivers.Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests across multiple business teams.Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.Independently manage priorities and deliver reporting solutions within agreed timelines.Preferred / Added Advantage:Strong SQL experience for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.Experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud analytics/BI tools.Hands-on experience with Power Query, DAX, and advanced Power BI data modeling.Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, or business performance reporting.Experience automating recurring reports and improving reporting processes.What Success Looks LikeThe successful candidate will quickly understand business requirements, independently work with available data, and build reliable, intuitive dashboards that reduce manual reporting effort and enable stakeholders to make faster, data-driven decisions.Core SkillsPrimary: Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Data ModelingSecondary: SQL, Snowflake, Sigma Computing, Power Query, DAX, Finance/FP&A Reporting
