Power BI Dashboard & Reporting Expert (US Client, Night Shift)

About the roleInnoSolve Business Solutions is hiring a Power BI Dashboard & Reporting Expert to work from our Lahore office on night shift, dedicated to a US-based engineering consulting and manufacturing company of about 200 people. You will own their reporting: turning finance, project and operations data into dashboards used by everyone from the CEO and CFO to project managers and junior staff. This role is as much about understanding the business and talking to people as it is about building reports.What you will doMeet executives, finance, project managers and operations leads, find out what they need to see, and turn it into clear metrics, report specs and dashboards (business analyst work).Build and maintain Power BI reports: executive KPIs, P&L and budget vs actual, cash and receivables, project profitability and job costing, utilization and billable hours, backlog and WIP, manufacturing and production metrics.Pull data from the ERP and accounting system (Sage Intacct) and other sources, model it with Power Query and DAX in a clean star schema, and make sure the numbers tie back to the general ledger.Publish and run reports in the Power BI Service: workspaces, apps, scheduled refresh, gateways, row-level security.Present dashboards on calls, train users, handle change requests and keep simple documentation.You will have read-only access to financial data. You build reports; you never post or change transactions.Must have4+ years of hands-on Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling and the Power BI Service.Strong SQL.Solid business and financial understanding: P&L, balance sheet, budgets, project and job costing.Business analyst skills: gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders, explaining numbers to non-technical people.Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable presenting to senior US executives.Able to work on-site in Lahore on night shift, US Central business hours (about 6 pm to 3 am PKT; one hour later from November to March).Strong plusSage Intacct as a data source (dimensions, Custom Report Writer, Web Services API or Data Delivery Service), or another ERP such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or SAP.Reporting for engineering, construction, consulting or manufacturing companies (project-based businesses).Direct work with US clients. Microsoft PL-300 or DP-600.
