Responsibilities•             Develop, publish, and schedule interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.•        Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from various sources to the data lake (Azure Synapse)•        Implementing data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Synapse.•        Creating and managing data models and reports in Power BI.•        Automating data processes using Power Automate.•             Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate data solutions.•             Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.•             Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions to improve performance and user experience.·         Development and administration of BI tools•             Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues.•             Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.•             Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and trends to continuously improve data solutions.Requirements•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.•             Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development and data analytics, with a focus on Power BI is required.•             Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL querying is required.•             Experience with DAX, Power Query, and other data modeling languages is preferred.•        Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data migration is required•             Experience with data visualization best practices is required•        Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with other data query languages is required•        Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Synapse, Power BI, and Power Automate is preferred•             Proven ability to handle large datasets and optimize data workflows.•             Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•             Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.•             Ability to work independently and in a team environment.•             High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.Certifications Required•             Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate•             Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst •        Any additional certification in data analytics or BI tools is advantageous
