We specialize in delivering high-impact digital programs, engineering services, and talent solu1ons that accelerate innova1on, efficiency, and compliance.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and paginated reports.• Create optimized data models using Power Query (M) and DAX.• Apply UX/UI principles for effective dashboard usability, accessibility, and visual storytelling.• Connect Power BI with enterprise data platforms including Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, and cloud storage.• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) for securereporting.• Optimize report performance through aggregations, query folding, and Direct Querystrategies.• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality curated datasets.• Develop embedded analytics solutions using Power BI Embedded and JavaScript SDK.• Support workspace governance, deployment pipelines, and report lifecyclemanagement.• Enable self-service analytics and train business users on reporting capabilities.• Ensure reporting solutions align with enterprise governance and regulated data access standards.Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informa1on Technology, or related field. 5years of professional Power BI development experience.• Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query.• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling concepts.• Experience with Power BI Service including datasets, dataflows, Apps, and deployment pipelines.• Familiarity with Azure analytics ecosystem including Synapse, Azure SQL, and Data Lake.• Understanding dashboard UX/UI design principles.• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.• Microsoft PL-300 Certification preferred.• Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.• Exposure to KPI reporting for operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, orcompliance.• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.• Familiarity with Tableau or Looker.• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Power BI Embedded, REST APIs, and Figma.
