Business Intelligence Developer | Microsoft Fabric | Power BI | Frisco, TX📍 Onsite💰 Up to $130,000I'm working with a growing professional services organization that's investing heavily in its modern data platform and is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Developer.This is a brand-new, greenfield position where you'll own the front end of the Microsoft BI stack, partnering closely with a Data Engineer to transform curated data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.If you enjoy speaking with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing intuitive dashboards, and building semantic models that people actually use, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.What you'll be doing:✔ Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models✔ Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements✔ Work alongside the Data Engineering team within Microsoft Fabric✔ Develop AI-enabled reporting experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric capabilities✔ Improve reporting performance, governance, and self-service analytics across the businessWhat they're looking for:✔ 3-5 years of Power BI development experience✔ Strong DAX, Power Query, M and data modelling skills✔ Experience working with business stakeholders and gathering requirements✔ PL-300 Certification✔ Excellent communication skillsBonus points for:• Microsoft Fabric• Copilot Studio / AI Agents• Power Automate• SQL and data warehouse concepts• Microsoft PurviewThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the business-facing side of BI just as much as the technical side, helping shape a modern analytics platform from the ground up.Interested?
