Power BI DeveloperRemote6+ MonthsOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong experience in data preparation, data consolidation, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should be capable of working with multiple data sources, transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights, and developing impactful visualizations that support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.Collect, cleanse, transform, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.Build scalable and efficient data models to support business reporting needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.Work with Snowflake and other cloud-based data platforms to manage and analyze large datasets.Create meaningful KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting solutions.Support ad hoc analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to business teams.Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard standards.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including:Dashboard developmentData modelingDAXPower QueryData visualization best practicesStrong experience in data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation across multiple data sources.Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and manage complex datasets.Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse platforms.Strong understanding of reporting frameworks, data governance, and business intelligence methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to business audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Python, R, or other data science tools.Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.Experience supporting Data Science initiatives and working alongside Data Scientists.Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Databricks, or other modern data platforms.Experience in building advanced analytics and self-service reporting solutions.
