NDS delivers innovative solutions in Intelligent Applications, Custom AI Assistants, Data & Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Automation, Low-Code Development, and Demand, Project & Portfolio Management across multiple industries.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3.5– 5 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, ETL processes, and data modeling, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Business Intelligence solutions.Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.Build and maintain robust ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and other Power BI security models.Create reusable datasets, dataflows, and reporting standards.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SSIS packages and Power BI refresh schedules.Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.Participate in report deployment, testing, documentation, and production support.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions within project timelines.Required Skills & Qualifications3.5 – 5 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer.Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling concepts.Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL development.Experience in designing Star Schema and Snowflake Schema data models.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), Workspaces, Gateways, and Scheduled Refresh.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Good communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience with Power BI Premium, Fabric, or Power BI Pro environments.Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Azure Synapse is an added advantage.Experience with SSRS and SSAS.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or deployment pipelines for Power BI.Exposure to REST APIs and cloud-based data integration.Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications will be an added advantage.Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Skills: data,power bi,analytics
