Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our client to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics. The role involves working closely with business and functional teams to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards based on business needsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insightsDeliver monthly KPI and operational performance reportsBuild and manage datasets and databases from multiple source systemsCommunicate insights clearly to business stakeholdersMaintain documentation and update BI assets as business rules evolveIdentify opportunities for business process improvement using data insightsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting rolesExperience with ERP and logistics systems and standard operating proceduresHands-on experience with Power BI preferredExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Flow, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents) is a plusExposure to SAP is an added advantage
