Power BI Developer

Experience – 7-11 yearsLocation – Powai, Mumbai.* Power BI support and enhancement track within the managed services engagement.* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery.* Review and guide enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and data models.* Perform root cause analysis for issues in published reports and propose fixes or optimizations.* Manage SLAs for incident resolution, service requests, and minor change requests.* Maintain report documentation, versioning, and change logs.* Coordinate with the data engineering team for backend data issues or model changes (e.g., gold/platinum layer).* Support performance tuning, governance, and best practice adoption.* Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requests.* Support day-to-day issue resolution, including report data mismatches, broken visuals, or refresh failures.* Perform minor modifications such as adding new visuals, KPIs, filters, or measures to existing reports.* Collaborate with data engineers and testers to validate enhancements.* Maintain report versions, documentation, and track change requests.* Assist in data model tuning and refresh optimization
