Location: Onsite (Toronto, CA)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and TableauTranslate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual insightsPerform data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sourcesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboardsImplement data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures, etc.)Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insightsSupport UAT, deployment, and post-production validation of dashboardsOptimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visualization best practicesHandle security and access controls for dashboards and reporting layersRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)Experience in Tableau dashboard development and reportingGood understanding of SQL and data warehousing conceptsExpertise in data visualization best practices and storytellingExperience in data validation and reconciliation across reportsNice to HaveExposure to Azure data services / ADF / DatabricksExperience in migration projects (Tableau → Power BI)Knowledge of data governance / quality frameworksSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder communication (client-facing role)Ability to work in an onsite–offshore coordination modelProactive, ownership-driven mindset
