𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Power BI Developer𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 5+ Years𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Vadodara, Gujarat, India 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Pacific Time (PT) – 10-hour shift including a 1-hour break𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft Power BI platform.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Power BI suite, including Power Query and Power Pivot, along with hands-on experience in SQL, relational databases, data modeling, data visualization, and data integration.The successful candidate will develop interactive dashboards and reports, integrate data from multiple sources, analyze business data to identify trends and insights, and ensure the accuracy, quality, and performance of BI solutions.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Design and develop business intelligence reports using SQL and Power BI tools.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
• Use Power Query and other Power BI tools to transform, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used in reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and dashboard issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain documentation for data models, reports, dashboards, and BI processes.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including:
• Power Query
• Power Pivot
• Data visualization
• Dashboard development
• Report development𝗦𝗤𝗟 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Experience developing business intelligence reports using SQL.𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Strong understanding of data warehousing.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
• Experience developing and maintaining data models for reporting and analytics.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing business intelligence solutions preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical data concepts to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
