About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to design, develop, and govern scalable enterprise BI solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and the Azure data ecosystem. This role blends technical leadership, advanced data modelling, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, high-performing analytics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect enterprise-grade BI solutions, semantic models, and reusable datasets.Define and enforce standards for DAX, Power Query (M), dimensional modelling, and report optimisation.Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports aligned with business KPIs.Implement governance, workspace management, CI/CD pipelines, RLS/OLS security.Integrate reporting with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Server, and APIs.Optimise large datasets and refresh processes for scalability and reliability.Mentor BI developers and analysts through reviews and knowledge sharing.Partner with stakeholders to drive self-service BI adoption and measurable outcomes.Required Experience & Skills7–8 years in BI, Analytics, or enterprise reporting.4–5+ years of strong hands-on Power BI experience.Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), dashboard development, and performance tuning.Strong knowledge of star/snowflake schema, dimensional modelling, and semantic model design.Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT workflows, and Azure ecosystem (Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Fabric).Proven experience leading BI projects and governing enterprise BI environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interaction.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Power BI or Fabric certification.Experience with Agile delivery, enterprise analytics transformation, and AI-enabled analytics.📌 Nationality: Open 📌 Notice Period: Immediate to max 1 month. 📌 Deadline: Kindly share CVs by October 15, Thursday, 10:00 AM.
