Job Title: Power BI Developer (SSRS & SQL)Experience: 7+ YearsLocation: Bangalore Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Development. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical abilities, hands-on experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Banking domain experience will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI Reports and Dashboards to support business decision-making.Develop, enhance, and support SSRS reports including operational, analytical, and management reports.Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and optimize database performance.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and BI solutions.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolving production issues.Support data integration and ETL processes wherever required.Work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Power BI Report and Dashboard Development.Strong development experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Strong expertise in SQL Server, including:Complex QueriesStored ProceduresViewsPerformance TuningData AnalysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.Preferred SkillsExperience in the Banking or Financial Services Domain.Knowledge of ETL tools/processes and Data Warehousing concepts.Exposure to SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other ETL technologies.Strong learning agility and adaptability to new technologies.Understanding of reporting best practices, data visualization principles, and business intelligence concepts.Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Keywords: Power BI, SSRS, SQL Server, Reporting, Dashboard Development, Data Analytics, ETL, SSIS, Banking Domain, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization.
