Power Plant Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operation and maintenance of power generation equipment.Oversee turbines, generators and auxiliary systems.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Monitor plant/equipment performance, efficiency and reliability.Analyze operational data and identify performance improvements.Respond to equipment failures, operational issues and emergencies.Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements.Supervise technicians/operators and allocate daily activities.Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and training.Maintain equipment maintenance, incident and operational records.Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports.Support annual operational plans, KPIs and continuous-improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or related discipline.Experience in power generation operations and/or maintenance.Strong technical knowledge of turbines, generators and auxiliary systems.Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.Experience supervising technical/operations teams.Strong troubleshooting, emergency-response and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of HSE and power-generation operational standards.
