Power Platform Developer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate, including both Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions.This role will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps.Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows.Develop and support Power Automate Desktop (PAD) bots for robotic process automation (RPA).Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and workflows.Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of developed solutions.Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed within the Power Platform environment.Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user training where required.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.Strong hands-on experience in:PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)Power Automate CloudPower Automate DesktopExperience in workflow automation and RPA implementation.Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and API integrations.Familiarity with connectors, approvals, triggers, and scheduled flows.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are an advantage.Experience with AI Builder, Power BI is preferred.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Key CompetenciesProcess AutomationApplication DevelopmentProblem SolvingCollaboration & CommunicationAttention to DetailAnalytical ThinkingTools & TechnologiesMicrosoft PowerAppsPower Automate CloudPower Automate DesktopSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft 365Excel Automation
